In Dance'N'Fitness, enjoy a great work out through simple dance exercises and movements, designed to increase flexibility and flow of movement plus increase aerobic capacity. A great dance class and social alternative to the gym with a high feel-good factor.

Dance & Barre Fitness is a dancerly workout which moves to music and uses isometric dance exercises performed at the barre. Emphasis is on alignment, posture, and core engagement, all while moving to great music.
