Darcey Bussell is one of the world’s most famous ballerinas, dancing with The Royal Ballet, New York City Ballet, guest of the Kirov Ballet and now a Strictly Come Dancing Judge. The Darcey Bussell Diverse Dance Mix class combines dance and aerobic fitness and features 14 themed routines, with styles spanning different decades and countries – a fantastic Dance workout which also uses toning excercises at the barre.
